We recommend that exterior concrete be cleaned and sealed annually. Interior or vertical concrete needs to be sealed occasionally depending on the amount of wear and traffic the surface is under.

Get it fixed properly as soon as possible. Patches and coatings will have indicators on the underside to reveal why they are failing. Poor bonding to the concrete due to dust or contamination is the most common cause.

We prefer to go with Polyaspartic as the flexible properties allow for things like tool dropping and tire traffic to not damage the surface. Whereas Epoxy is a ridged coating and will break if something was dropped with force.
